SUMMARY:
This is a continued public hearing. The Lexington Planning Board opened the public hearing in December for this application from Tracer Lane II Realty LLC for approval of a major site plan review under §135-6.11 and 9.5 of the Zoning Bylaw for a solar energy system. The property is located at 0 Cambridge/Concord Turnpike, Map 19, Lots 1A in the CM Zoning District. The Applicant is proposing to install a ground-mounted large scale solar energy system, with emergency and maintenance access from Sherbourne Place in Waltham. The public hearing was opened on December 7 and continued to February 15, March 15, and further continued to May 3 (no discussion or testimony were taken on February 15 or March 15).

The Applicant will present an updated proposal to the Board, board members will discuss, then the hearing will be opened to public comments and questions. Attendees will be unmuted to speak. At the end of the discussion the Board should give final direction to the Applicant. The board may vote to close the hearing or continue the hearing and discussion to a future meeting. The next meeting date is May 17.
