This zoning amendment article proposes to amend Zoning Bylaw Section 4.4 to reduce the maximum allowable residential Gross Floor Area adopted by Town Meeting in 2016.
Due to the size of the agenda on February 1st, the Planning Board will vote to postpone this public hearing to Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 6:00 pm on Zoom.
