Multi-Family Zoning Requirements for MBTA Communities
A new law requires MBTA-served communities to have at least one zoning district of reasonable size in which multi-family housing is permitted.
Board members will continue to discuss and and work on a zoning amendment article to bring forward for Annual Town Meeting. The Planning Board will continue to discuss the proposed locations and review the details of the proposed zoning bylaw (text).
