This is the discussion session for the memo that was sent to the Select Board in July relative to the Board's goal of reviewing the Committee structure and discussing whether all of the current Committees continue to be necessary, whether some could be combined and/or eliminated and whether the appointing authority is still appropriate of whether some should be modified from a Select Board appointment to a Town Manager's appointment.
