Attached please find the presentation from Raftelis on the Organizational Assessment. This information has been shared with the Senior Management Team and the Select Board. Feedback from the Senior Management Team has been shared with the consultant. After this presentation, the Town Manager will develop a implementation plan, which will likely include (a) items that can be implemented without further action; (b) items that will be implemented as part of the FY24 budget cycle; (c) items that will be implemented as part of the FY25 budget cycle; and (d) items that either will not be implemented or will be considered further at some point in the future.
