SUGGESTED MOTION:

Move to go into Executive Session under Exemption 3 for Collective Bargaining Update regarding the  Lexington Municipal Managers Association (LMMA), Fire and DPW Unions; and to reconvene in Open Session.

 

Further, as Chairman I declare that an open meeting discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town.
