SUMMARY:

The Board is being asked to approve a request for a Common Victualler License for Masslex, LLC d/b/a Clay Oven Indian Restaurant, 1666 Massachusetts Avenue for the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Monday - Sunday. 

 

The Board is being asked to approve an Entertainment License for Masslex, LLC d/b/a Clay Oven Indian Restaurant, 1666 Massachusetts Avenue for the purpose of providing background music and televisions for diners within the restaurant.



SUGGESTED MOTION:

Move to approve Common Victualler License for Masslex, LLC d/b/a Clay Oven Indian Restaurant, 1666 Massachusetts Avenue for the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Monday - Sunday, pending approval of the Health and Building Department permits.

 

Move to approve an Entertainment License for Masslex, LLC d/b/a Clay Oven Indian Restaurant, 1666 Massachusetts Avenue for the purpose of providing background music and televisions within the restaurant.
