As per previous discussions with the Board, attached please find the signed agreement with the LMEA Union. In summary, the agreement provides for a 2.0% COLA per year; adjustments to the longevity and clothing allowances. Additionally, we addressed some minor administrative items.

Move to approve and authorize the Town Manager to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between the Town and the Lexington Municipal Employees Association for the contract period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022.
